Pre-pregnancy, I used to work out at night after DS went down for the night. I've gone a few times at night, but I just don't have energy any more, so I've been trying to squeeze in time at lunch time when I work remotely!

I had been trying to workout before work on the days DH brings the kids to daycare, but we always seemed to be running late / I didn't have enough time.
This week I'm trying out working out at lunch, then just rinsing off my body (not my hair), and eating at my desk. So far I like doing it, it definitely breaks up the day!

5:45 am. DH and LO are sleeping when I leave and awake when I get back.

I ride my bike to preschool drop off twice a week, and then we ride once or twice on the weekends. I'm excited to give birth and to get back to riding more often and longer - I'm sick of using my car so much.

my office has small gym downstairs, so i usually work out during lunch hour. i am very thankful for this because with my first pregnancy, i did workout DVDs at home after dinner, but now i don't have the energy.
@hotchildinthecity: i am so impressed. and crossfit no less (i saw your other post)!

@edelweiss: honestly it really gets my day started right and takes off that pressure of having to squeeze it in during the evening. Actually waking up is the hardest part. I have low sleep needs though so it works for me!

I haven't in awhile (been sick, then lazy, then sick again) but usually it's right after LO goes to bed, so around 7:30 or 8pm.

I've been trying to squeeze it in right after work. I really need to get back in the habit of going in the morning!

It depends on the day, but my favorite is 6am class. I just can't do that early every day because I'm not good at getting to bed early enough!

Aftrr lunch, during nap time...somewhere between 1 and 2 pm.

5am. I find it easier to get it done before I'm tired from the day, rather than at the end of my day when it's so much easier to blow it off! I sleep in my gym clothes lol so I just wake up, eat something and go! I don't have a LO yet (due in January!) so I'm sure that might change depending on DH's schedule (police officer).

I don't. I just can't get the energy to do it.

I use to do prenatal pilates at home when I was pregnant with LO1. With this pregnancy I have no energy. Only exercise I do is walking during lunch.

In the evening. The time varies. We trade off going at different times in the evening depending on what is going on.

I mix it up! Some days it's mornings and sometimes it's late afternoon. Depends on my schedule for the day because it's not very consistent

We have a gym in my building so I go down at 6 in the morning while everyone is still sleeping.

first thing in the morning after nursing/pumping. I go about 2 times less per week than I did before I had LO. (3 times instead of 5). If I worked remotely, I probably could fit it in at 4:30pm some days or during lunch but I work on site.

In the morning before work. I get up at 5 a.m., LO wakes up around 5:15, I give him breakfast and milk, and I'm out the door at 5:30. DH takes LO to daycare. I work out until 6:25, shower and put on makeup at the gym and am in the car by 6:45.
On weekends, the gym childcare opens at 8, so if we don't have other plans, we're usually there when it opens.

At the moment mid-afternoon, but when I go back to work it will have to change to 5.20am. A tad nervous!

Typically from about 5-7pm. They have childcare at the gym from 5-7:30 and there is just NO WAY I can get up early and go. On weekends I go around 9 am, and may switch to that when I am off for the summer because I typically have more energy then and it makes bedtime less hectic!
