We're running low on our supply again and I'm wondering if I should get some Pull-Ups instead of regular diapers this time. The Pull-Ups from Costco come with overnights too, which is nice. Right now we get regular Huggies from Costco and Overnights from CVS or the supermarket.
When should we make the switch? We're obviously not potty training yet, but I think Wagon Jr. will start in the next few months.

We were just talking about how we never did pull ups. Lala is potty trained, but she doesn't like to do poop in the potty, so we were thinking about doing some pull ups so she wouldn't have to tell us and she could just go on her own. We want to look for unbleached, undyed, biodegradable ones though... and they might be harder to find.

We started buying pullups recently, after Charlie started telling us that he could put on his diapers by himself. We figured pullups were something he could do by himself... and sure enough, once his feet are through the holes, he loves to pull those suckers up!

We're not doing pull-ups. Our daycare discourages them and say that they only delay potty training. I don't really know so I'm just taking their advice.

I don't think we will do pull-ups because I think it will only make it harder to potty train. but its a personal choice.

@Andrea: hmmm... I have no evidence either way, but my thinking was that she can put them on and off alone and so could have more potty autonomy.

Good question! I was wondering the same thing! We plan on potty training him this month so I'm thinking about buying him these Gerber Training Pants so that he could "feel" when he goes pee/poop.
Plus...how super cute are these little tight whities? heehee

We never used Pull-ups, but we switched to Potty Scotty training pants at about 15 months; DD was fully potty trained by 18 months.
Can I just say that the worst thing about training pants/Pull-ups is poop accidents? There is no good way to get poopy training pants off, unless you buy ones that snap at the sides. Otherwise, you have to pull the pants down, trying not smear the poop all of their legs/feets/etc... It's such a nightmare!
