If you got maternity pictures taken, how far along were you? Were you happy you got pictures taken then? Were you comfortable/uncomfortable? With B we got them taken at 32 weeks, which is good because he was born at 34 weeks.

I didn't do mine until 36 weeks, and I wish I had done them sooner because I was a WHALE by that point and my bump no longer looked "cute", haha.

I got them done at almost exactly 30 weeks. It might have been a touch too soon and I could have waited a few weeks, but not more than that because I swelled up like crazy!

I was 35 weeks when I had mine taken. My bump looked so much bigger in the pictures than I thought it was. haha! I was fortunate and had a pretty easy pregnancy, so I wasn't uncomfortable. However, it was in the middle of summer so it was flipping hot!!

~27 weeks or so. Cute, not swollen or puffy yet. I went downhill around 30 weeks.

37 weeks. Haha I was huge. I'm 29 now and going to try to do them this week. I could of probably done them weeks agonbc I look huge though!

30 weeks, we had some really unseasonably warm weather that day too!

Mine were early, I think around 22-24 weeks. I would have liked them to be later, but I was in town the same time as a photographer friend who offered to do them for me. Otherwise I probably wouldn't have gotten them done!

40 weeks! I didn't swell too badly (it was January), and I'm glad I took them then! I wanted to capture my belly at it's biggest.

38 weeks exactly 12 days before LO was born. I'm glad I did because I didn't get a real bump until 32 weeks up until then I just looked fat and plus I didn't swell so I was fine and pretty comfortable

We didn't do them the first time but I have them schedule for 30w this time. They will be combo 2nd birthday for DS, maternity/family pics. Can't wait!

35 weeks. It really doesn't matter when I decide to do it next time. I'm so short and my husband is so tall, I look really big early on because my bump has no where to go but out.

When I do maternity photos for people I always recommend they do them around 7 months (28-32 weeks generally is perfect) because for most people they have a cute bump at that point but are not yet swollen or uncomfortable.
I personally did not get them done until 36 weeks because at 32 weeks I still didn't feel like I had a very big bump and I wanted to look more pregnant in my pics. So I pushed them back a month and was happy. But, I had the luxury of being able to move my session around bc my photog was a friend and I also never had any swelling. Usually I would not recommend waiting so long.
