My doc actually said the correlation between teething and fever was a myth (?) my LO had the same type of fever yesterday. I went to doc and she said it was a bug. Does she have other symptoms? How's her temperament - still playing an interacting with you?

@Lindsay05: I'd wait it out and see again at 48 hours in. Try some acetaminophen / ibuprofen

My ped says she's more concerned with temperament than temperature. If he's miserable at 100 then bring him in, but if he's still his normal self, then it's ok to go higher. And my son always gets a high fever while teething. I'll call around 102, just to let them know, but they always tell me if I give him Motrin andas long as it goes down + he's his usual self, not to worry.
