Yikes! What are your plans to bring VitD up and cholesterol and triglycerides down?
I'm supposed to get my blood drawn but keep forgetting to fast in the morning!

I had blood drawn on New Year's Eve but it was just to check whatever they need to check so they can give me the rhogam shot. Before that it was about a month earlier - apparently my iron is borderline, so I'm eating pumpkin seeds.

@mediagirl: My doc prescribed supplements. I have to take one a week for 8 weeks (50,000 units/pill)! The "healthy" range is 30.0-100.0. I'm a 22.4
I've been super fatty and indulgent for the last 5 years. I started working out for 30 mins a day 2 months ago, so I'll continue to work out and healthy eating starts now! I turn 36 this year so it's time to get serious.

Just this morning for my annual physical! Interested to see my results.
2 years ago I had high LDL and triglycerides and low HDL but I started taking flax oil supplements and eating chia seeds (was already working out regularly) and got things back on track.

I had blood drawn a few weeks ago when I spiked a high temp. I ended up having strep throat and mild case of pneumonia!

Not since I was pregnant, in 2014! I plan to get pregnant at some point this year (wow, scary to say) so I'll probably just wait till then.

@IRunForFun: I do the same with Chia and Flax! Make sure to keep them in the fridge though @chopsuey

45 minutes ago? I'm in the hospital postpartum but everything checked out. My iron had been low throughout so we were worried about me losing too much blood. Luckily no problem this time!

A bit more than a year ago. I had a full physical. The only problem was that iron was on the low side of the range, so I started taking prenatals again.

I'm having some done in about an hour. I'm starving from fasting lol and hope my results are all ok! Working on getting healthier already, but I don't they will probably tell me to drop a few pounds.

I had some done just before Christmas for part of the nt scan. Low iron!

In December, for my annual physical. Low vitamin D! Not surprised, since I read 50% of adults are deficient, and I live practically in the Arctic! Cholesterol etc are fine.

this thread just inspired me to schedule a physical! I've gotten regular healthcare from my ob/gyn, but she doesn't do bloodwork like cholesterol--I haven't had that checked in a few years, oops...

@Mrs. Lemon-Lime: No clue! It could have come from anywhere, including another person that had it... no fun at all, but at least it was me and not my girls.

A couple of months ago. I've gone like every quarter of 2015 trying to get my cholesterol down. It did not work and now I take meds. Goal in 2016 is to get off the meds!

Two or so weeks ago in the hospital after having DD. My iron was crazy low and I had to take a "mega-iron pill". I also got things like glucose and cholesterol checked in early November at a wellness screening at work to get a discount on my insurance.

2 months ago in the hospital after delivering lo3. No idea what the results were, I guess they were all normal?
