My doctor mentioned that my next appt will be my measurement appt at 30 weeks. When was yours?

Oh! I didn't know that we got a special appointment just for measurements. That sounds fun. Do they just guess weight and height?

Are you getting an growth ultrasound? My midwife has been measuring my belly with measuring tape since about 24 weeks (24 wks=24 cm of tape), but I likely won't be getting an ultrasound unless the numbers there are off.

What is a measurement appointment? I started having my belly measured (with the tape) from 24 weeks or so on, and then I had a growth scan last week because it was measuring small (she's measuring 50% percentile, turns out I'm just tall).

I had growth ultrasounds at 28 weeks and 36 weeks. The results of the 36 weeks ultrasound is what made my OB decide to induce. LO was measuring in the 80%.

I have been getting measured since around my glucose test with a measuring tape as well. I believe I was 29 at 28 weeks. He mentioned that the next appt. they will do a sonogram which will tell me how much the baby weighs and lengths and what not. I thought that was common.

I want one! I don't think mine is until 36w. She mentioned it and I remember it being that but I may be off...

I had a ton of late term ultrasounds for BPP and measurement checks. I believe that they were at 34, 35, 36, 37, 37 1/2, 38, & 38 1/2 weeks.

I have been measured with a tape measure since my last couple appointments (30 weeks) but there are no scheduled ultrasounds for growth unless something appears off!

They started measuring me after 32 weeks

never got an ultrasound measurement other than the anatomy scan, but she did use the tape measure since 17weeks
