When you feel yourself stating to get sick with a cold, what do you do to try and keep it away or get better faster? I've been taking echinacea sporadically, and drinking OJ, but I really hate being sick and since I can't get extra sleep (hello 6 week old) trying to be proactive about anything that can help.
Netti pot, stay warm, tons of water, garlic tea (just boil garlic- not as bad as it sounds), green tea, lots of greens, fruit, veggies.
But I'll take whatever works!
Along with hydration, including lots of tea, depending on what kind of sick it is.
