Usually Fridays! DH has been working till 9 M, W and F. So by Friday I need a breather to just relax after LO goes to bed and not rush to get dinner cooked for us!
This Friday it's Indian w/a Groupon.

No particular day...more just when we we're too lazy to cook or haven't been grocery shopping in a while.

@Chillybear: there have been nights where I was exhausted and just left the defrosted item for the next night and ask DH to bring takeout home.
Then we lose take out Friday! Which is a nice way to unwind from the week.

When we are desperate! It's usually only 1-2 times a month though.

Whenever I have zero interest in cooking and there aren't any leftovers. We used to do pizza every Thursday night but I got tired of that after a month or two. We don't get take-out very often, but we did get Chinese this past Sunday.

Pretty much never! Being gluten free it's hard to find good take-out options.

When I don't feel like cooking. No joke, we eat out (well, takeout since LO was born) at least 10 times a week (counting lunches).

Usually Friday sometimes Saturday (or those really bad weeks when it's both!) Weekends are usually busy with socializing that means we eat out.
Then we lose take out Friday! Which is a nice way to unwind from the week.
