In our living room. I hate it. It perpetually looks like we run a daycare center or a church nursery, but it's just too inconvenient to keep his toys upstairs in his room when we're downstairs 99% of the day.

Split between the living room and his bedroom. The toys in the living room are almost all in bins (so it's easy to make the room look like a "grown-up" space again, and clean-up is very quick).
