It was a planning nightmare because I have parents who don't get along. But that was a whole other issue! I booked a party room at a neutral location and my dad ended up pouting because he didn't want to see my mom. So I uninvited him and ended up having it at my inlaws. Worked out pretty good in the end.

We will have it at home or at the pavillion at the park across the street from us depending on how many people end up coming. We plan to invite immediate family and God parents only.

DD's we had it at a restaurant. March birthday.
DS' we're having it in our building's clubroom.

Most likely having it in my buildings party room. We are expecting around 35 people as well. Her party is on Dec 21!

We had her first birthday at my parents house. Their house is much bigger than ours and we had close to 50 people come.

Her second birthday was much smaller and here at our house.

We've had 2 home parties for DD1 and I am over it! Too much work!! We are having DD2's at a restaurant. Bday is also late Dec so no outside option.

We had it at an airplane museum, where they had a separate party room, and did a "time flies" theme. Every one really loved it. I was able to bring in our own food and then we got a tour of the museum and got to sit in airplanes. I thought it would be more for the adults and older kiddos, but our 1 year old loved it too It was totally worth the $300 (total including food/decor/museum) to not have to clean my house before and after

Subscribing because I would like ideas too! Our condo is just too small for a kid's party. We could probably entertain a handful of adults but not our entire family and extended family.

i'm doing it at home in my small apartment....but it is going to be a very small party with less than 10 adults (or 10 exactly) most likely. i am hoping we all fit ok!

We had ours at home, with a tent in the backyard. We had about 20 adults and 13 children.
