Do you go to a gym, have a gym in your home, run in the neighborhood, use exercise DVDs or something else?
I have a gym membership but need to figure out a way to get back into a routine. I need to go back to the gym or I'm thinking about getting a Zumba DVD program. I like Zumba but I like it at my own pace. When I go to the gym's Zumba classes, they go way too fast and can't keep up. The Zumba DVD has some good reviews.
