I can only speak for the cities I've visited, but for me Los Angeles is my favorite because I love ethnic food, and the ethnic food there is far better than in New York.
My second choice has got to be New Orleans. I seriously gained so much weight on my short trip there, I couldn't button my jeans! Oh man I can't wait to visit again.
My third choice would be Seoul since I'm Korean and love Korean food, but I couldn't live on Korean food alone!

I really wish I have travelled more... There are a few little holes in the walls in BC that are fantastic. Hawaii (Waikiki) had really good food (at least the places I went to)...

NOLA is pretty darn good. Houston has a ton of really great ethnic places.

Count me in for New Orleans. I ate better in the 18mos I lived there than the 5yrs I've been in NYC. I'm often disappointed by highly acclaimed NY restaurants, never in NOLA. Can't get good Mexican in either, though. For that, go West.

Toronto, Vancouver, Hong Kong and New York are my faves.
I had high hopes for SF but I didn't seem to find the right places to go.

We ate really well when we visited Chicago a while back. I may be biased b/c I was pregnant at the time, but everything we ate was amazing!
