we currently have the graco snugride infant car seat and are thinking of staying with Graco for the convertible car seat, but I'm unsure if thats the best out there or not.
Which convertible car seat do you have and would you recommend it?

Britax advocate 70cs! Love it. It's comfy, the cover is soft and durable (threw it in the wash a couple times) and it fits in my Prius with lots of room to spare.

We're getting a Britax also, the Marathon 70-G3. I researched a bunch and the general consensus seemed to be that they are the best.
ETA: We had a snugride too.

We also had the Graco Snugride! Now the kids are both in Britax Advocate 70 carseats.

We have a Radian by Sunshine Kids (now the company is called Diono I think?). We'll be buying a second one soon for the baby, we really like it.

Britax marathon, marathon 70, boulevard. Highly recommend any britax carseat for sturdiness, safety, and ease of installation.

We'll be getting either the Maxi Cosi Pria or the Diono Radian... whichever fits best in our car.

We have a Britax Advocate 70 CS (the new version is the G3) and the Britax Marathon G3. LOVE them both. We had the Graco Snugride infant seat too.

Bought the Britax Marathon 70 when they were phasing out the model earlier this year.

I have a radian and had a britax marathon and decathlon with a former family and loved them. My sister uses a graco one and hates it, ease of use is definitely lacking. The radian is great when you finally get it set up and installed but if you need to move the carseat with any frequency buy britax.

Britax Blvd and we love it.
We also had the Graco Snugride, but all of my mama friends recommended the Britax so I went with that. I do have 1 friend though who stuck with Graco for the convertible and she has no complaints either!
