I have a lot in common with Bee's dad, so we have long conversations when we see each other. (He doesn't like the phone much though.)
I talk more frequently with Bee's mom, just because I am always sending her pics of the kids over MMS.
So in terms of frequency, I definitely talk to Bee's mom more. When we're all together in person though, I probably talk to Bee's dad more overall.
Which in-law do you talk with the most? What about your SO: which of your parents does your SO talk to most?

In person my FIL probably because he never stops talking. Frequency my MIL just because she just learned how to text.

Regularly my MIL more because she's retired and has a lot of time on her hands. But I'm much closer with my FIL.

When we see them, definitely my MIL just cuz she's super-chatty. FIL is like my husband, not much of a talker. But really, I talk to my BIL the most. We grew up together, so we have tons in common. So we text and fb a lot.

I hate the phone but my MIL and I talk like friends when we're together. Well, maybe frenemies sometimes 
just kidding. My FIL is not in our lives.
Wagon Sr. talks to both my parents pretty easily, but then again, he talks to everyone easily. He and my dad chill together pretty well when we're all together. They're both so laid back. Plus Rob introduced him to Stella Artois so that's usually involved as well. SO strange because my dad NEVER drank while I was growing up!

I don't really talk to any of them that much, but when I see them, I'm definitely more comfortable talking to my step-MIL. She's just soooooo much easier to talk to and usually doesn't bring up babies non-stop like my MIL does!

My MIL since there's a less language barrier between the two of us. My hubby talks to my dad more. They apparently text each other without me knowing. Frequently.

I don't really talk to either of them on the phone. I am a little more comfortable talking to my fil when we visit them but they're both friendly.

@mrbee: normally it's just the casual "what's up" texts to catch up on each other's lives. My dad knows all the slang and even texts in acronyms like LOL, thx, yw, etc. Or if something is broken and needs fixing, the hubby will text my dad to seek his recommendation (my dad is super handy).

I talk to both (especially since they live 5 minutes from us), but definitely my MIL more. We text a lot and we're actually going on a day trip to Myrtle Beach on Saturday since both our husbands will be working.
DH talks to my mom more but that's simply because my mom loves to talk. I know he would rather talk to my dad, but my dad is really quiet. They have had some pretty long conversations before but it takes a bit to get them started.

I don't talk to my in laws on the phone much. In person, I talk to my mil more because she just has more to say. FIL is only interested (besides his grand kids) in his stock portfolio. Even when we used to all live in the same building, I didn't talk to my FIL much. He only comes looking for us if there's something wrong with his computer or Internet. My husband talks to my dad more but has a language barrier with both my parents.
