For my first pregnancy, it was nausea! I really don't like leaking pee and wrist pain right now.

The heartburn! I had never had heartburn prior so I had no idea what it was at first.

Leaking pee! That just happened to me today when I was doing jumping jacks. Yeah.... there's no controlling it I also hate the pelvic pain from the pressure of the baby and birth.

food aversion. I *love* food! Everything tasted like dirt for the first 4.5 months of my pregnancy ... and then slightly more tolerable than dirt for several months more. not fun...

With DS, I had terrible acid reflux. This time around I've been so nauseous!

With G it was my siatic nerve, I could barely move! With P.... I couldn't "O" like at. all... It was so frustrating for both me & DH. Thank God that all went back to normal. Lol

I have the worst hip pain. Some days it's tolerable, other days I feel like I can barely walk. 5 weeks to go...

My carpal tunnel is pretty bad. But I think the worst was panic attacks that I had to be hospitalized for.

@Sweet T: I didn't know you are pregnant again, congratulations!!
Hmm, for me it was lack of energy. I can deal with nausea, sciatica, heart burn, walking around in pain but when I can't even do dishes without feeling like I have to lay down, I get really annoyed. I also would take showers and have to lay down for an hour after because I would get dizzy. It was so weird. I'm hoping if I get pregnant again, I'll work out daily and feel better.

The barfing multiple times per day, the gas (OMG it was like something crawled up my ass and died)
pomegranate / 3604 posts
Barfing so often all that was left was bile. And I had nausea throughout. And the fatigue. Absolute killer.

@HLK208: Thanks! I'm only 8 weeks. I haven't decided if I'm going to do an announcement post or not. Definitely going to wait until next month if I do!

Only 14 weeks in, but the nausea is really kicking my ass I miss food! Nothing sounds good at all, and when I try to eat "normally", I feel so sick. Isn't this supposed to go away soon?!

Nausea and severe bloating from gas. It hurts and just makes me even more nauseous than I already am!

Upper back pain and having to pee all the time were the worst for me.

I hated heartburn. But, the old wive's tale was true, and dd had a crazy full head of hair.

the fatigue. I'm so sick of being tired- it never went away for me, and its really impacted my ability to do anything!
also, now that I'm getting bigger (almost 36 weeks), the pelvic pain/pressure is really bad. I like to be active, but whenever I go for my long walks I pay for it that night by not being able to lift my legs off the ground for more than an inch or two.
I guess I hate how pregnancy is making me slow down so much!

For me it was the extra migraines. Not only did I obviously have to deal with lots of extra pain, but I had sooooo much mommy guilt for taking meds.

I had terrible hip pain for a few weeks around my second trimester until I started seeing a chiropractor. Even though it was only a few weeks, it was AWFUL. The heartburn was also killer. I had it all the way through labor.

My hips and pelvis starting rotating out of their joints around 22 weeks, so I'm in physical therapy 3-4 days a week. Getting them popped back into place is pure hell.

Constant nausea, food aversions to pretty much everything, all of the throwing up, and a sharp, burning pain on the right side of my bump whenever I moved.

heartburn, sciatic pain, extra wetness/discharge. I hated having to take extra panties with me and worry that it could be amniotic fluid when I was just very moist all of the time.

The foot/leg swelling. I gained 6 lbs in ONE week - all from swelling!

i had mild dislike for everything depending on the phase of pregnancy. i think it's a toss up between first trim nausea n third trim insomnia!

@runsyellowlites: ummm so glad that I am not the only one this happened to. it really sucked!
i hated the pelvic pain everything else I was ok with.

The severe heart burn and the itching. OMG the itching! It was horrible, no lotion or medicine helped. They checked me for cholestasis because it was so severe and concentrated on my hands/feet, but my values came back normal so we don't know what caused it. It was terrible, though!
nectarine / 2994 posts
The morning sickness! I threw up every day from 6 weeks til 17 weeks - all I could do was lie on the sofa with a container since I had no energy to dash for the toilet. The fatigue was awful too. All day I would be looking forward to going to sleep but then I wouldn't look forward to the morning because I knew the process of throwing up and feeling terrible would start all over again!

I was fortunate and had a fabulous pregnancy so there wasn't much I didn't like...maybe the breast swelling and itchiness?
