We are pretty good about not using it much either way-- we don't mind a little cool in the winter or a little warm in the summer-- but I'm the one with the lower tolerance for it being TOO hot or cold. The other week it was 90 degrees out and I came home and he still didn't have the ac on! So, yeah me. Especially now that I'm pregnant.

I did other because we fight over it. He will do one thing, then I don't like it and I'll change it when he's not looking!

We decided together. But I am definitely the complainer. I have a very small range for what feels comfortable, and outside of that (which is most of the time) I will say I am too hot or too cold fairly often. Mr. T is a doll for tolerating the whining!

Thankfully, each room is temp controlled separately by remote. If we're both in the same room & at odds, who wins is usually a toss up.

Both! He likes it really cold, but I freeze, so we have to compromise.

I do! I should've voted other because I decide based upon If dd is hot or cold. She's hot natured, so it's usually cool in our house.

Meeee! BUT I try to take into account Hubs' comfort level when I set it. Although now-a-days, I think about the baby first, then me, then Hubs.

We discuss it, but the hubby is sensitive to heat and cold. Prefers to keep it at 68 in the summer and 78 or higher in the winter, if I let him. If he ran the thermostat, we'd be broke! LOL!

@Adira: That's usually my scenario too. Is H sweating? Am I feeling uncomfortable? Then we probably need to turn it down. Hubs can put on another shirt

We both do. We really have to keep ourselves in check during the summer, because while we'd love it to be cooler in the house, it would make our electric bill horrendous. So, we pretty much just keep it at 82 when we're gone, 80 when we're there during the day, and then 78 at night while we sleep.

@NaturallyCathy: I probably should have voted Baby then, instead of Me!

DH and he is straight up obsessed with the air ( we live in south fl).

He does. He keeps it colder then I like. But if I'm really cold he will turn up the air. He likes to say that I can put on more clothes but he can't take off his skin if he is hot. He's a bit dramatic.

I voted me but really, it's LO. I take into account first how she feels and then really that's where it ends. DH used to control it though because he likes it cold.

I do, unless it's freezing in LO's room and then I take they in consideration.

We both do after taking into consideration our bill! We keep it at 78 during the summer and we rarely use the heat during the winter. It gets REALLY hot here during the summer but our winters are fairly mild so we just bundle up.
