A neighbor had the key to our old apartment... but since we moved, we're the only ones with keys to our new place!
Who else has the key to your place? Do they hold it for emergencies, or do they ever use your key?

My parents do! They come over to feed & let the dogs out if we go on vacation, etc.

We used to keep a set of keys with my girlfriend who lives a few blocks away until we needed them back for the nanny. But no one has keys to our bolt lock which we only lock when we're home.

FIL and my younger sister. I don't even have keys to my house in my set of car keys. I always use the garage opener.

We put in a keypad deadbolt so we're the only ones with keys now but my parents, DH's parents, my sister and my bff all know the code to unlock the door.

My husband and I both have master keys to all the doors. My FIL has a key to our front door. My SIL and her husband have keys that only open the side door and the entrance to the downstairs apartment.

My friend/neighbor has one. Also our regular pet sitter. But we also don't lock our garage door because we have an alarm so anyone with our garage code and our alarm code could come in and out and those people include my parents, brother, and a couple other friends.
