I suggested her first, DH her middle.

DH came up with the middle name first and then her first name was my front runner all along.

DH suggested his first name, his middle name is after my dad.

I came up with both names. DD1 was the name I had picked out long before DH came along, it took some convincing to use. DD2 we had come up with 3 options, and I gave him the power to choose. He chose my favorite, I'm still not sure if that was the one he wanted or he knew I loved it so much.

I came up with both! We were TG and had a boy name picked out, no middle name. We ended up using a different first name and middle name that I came up with on a whim in the hospital after he was born. Good thing we still love it

The middle name was picked by the both of us early on. His first name was more or less decided by DH. This time around, it's more up to me.
