If she's giving you the ability to pick your own - that's great! Maybe just send her your favorite and say "I'm going to order this one on <<date>>, if you don't like it, let me know and I'll keep looking."
That way, she has the opportunity to nix it, without feeling like the decision has been placed back with her (maybe she delegated to you because she really doesn't care and wanted it off her to do list).

I sent my sister some options for my nieces and we ended up liking the same one and ordered that one (after the one came in and was the wrong color!) And they looked adorable.

The Bride! She's the boss!

I let the mom of my flower girl pick the dress since she was going to be her mom's flower girl first. I was letting her reuse the dress, and I just supply a sash to make her match my wedding colors/party.

I think it's up to the bride to determine who decides... if that makes any sense. If she has a particular dress in mind, then she gets to choose. If she tells you to choose whatever, then it's up to you!

Oh wow. I picked the dress for the flowergirl in my wedding. The mom just told me her budget and I picked a dress within her price range. I was picky!

I came up with three styles I liked, and my flower girl picked her favorite. It was beautiful on her.
