I'm on vacation from work this week, but if I weren't I'd be dreading it!

I'm working from home tomorrow and sending out tons of email before I leave for the inlaws. I have to do massive emails as well as finish packing and pump. So much to do in so few hours.

Yep. It's so hard to focus knowing I have only a few weeks left before maternity leave!

Wednesday is my loong day, so maybe a little. Not dread, exactly. Just makes me tired to think about.

I'm so over work now - which is a shame because I've got to go back when my baby is 6 months old and I'm sure it will be even harder to drag my ass in there every day if I have a sick baby to worry about. I hope H starts feeling better soon, poor little thing.

I am not doing so well at work either. I'm supposed to work from home, combine that with no childcare and a baby that doesn't nap, and hardly anything gets done.

I do NOT want to go today... Actually, I am still in bed, ha! LO is still sleeping, he had a weird night - up at 1:15 and 5 to eat, normally just up at 2/3ish and wakes at 7/7:30.
I should probably get in the shower.........

@T.H.O.U.: Not yet. I haven't heard a thing from my boss. I texted her a little while ago to tell her that H is better and that I'll be working today. No reply and I can't decide if she's being passive aggressive or just busy with the meeting. I haven't heard from her since I told her I wasn't coming and H started LAUGHING in her ear and made me sound like a big fat liar!
@wheres_c: I thought I was so smart to work from home on Fridays ( no nanny) but literally nothing gets done! -
Starting today, I have 3 days of very contentious depositions to look forward to . . . this case is emotionally exhausting because one the other attorneys is really unpredicatable and shady, and it takes a lot (of quick thinking and logical counter arguments) to keep him reined in.

@hellobeeboston: Thanks. To make matters worse, I have to figure out how in the world I am going to pump, too. Usually, people just like to push through (which could mean up to 7 hours without any significant breaks) . . . *sigh* I don't know what made me ever think being an attorney was a good idea! lol

I was dreading work last night and I'm here and it sucks! My son has been sick all week and literally up all hours of the night. I was sick last night. Have a few deadlines. OVER IT.
