The cultural stereotype is that the guy is the huge sports fan and the girl tolerates it, but DW is just as knowledgeable as I am about soccer, much more so about basketball, and I love watching a game with her because she'll inevitably point out something I missed. How does it work in your house?

DH is the sports nut in our family!

Neither of us are really into sports. My husband used to play football but couldn't care less to watch it now. I on the other hand will go to the occasional game with a girlfriend if it's our team. However, I don't watch it on TV either.

My DH is more into sports than I am because he likes to watch everything. I love football and like to watch basketball. He didn't know anything about baseball until we met and now he watches that way more than I do. We both listen to our local espn radio station.

Our dynamic is the same as yours. DH and I are both avid sports fans, and unfortunately we root for different NFL teams. It makes it interesting when they play one another.

I am only into sports when it's the Olympics or World Cup. Mr SH loves all the sports all the time.

We are equally sports oriented. I love college football and hockey. Dh loves college basketball and NASCAR.

It is definitely my husband, but only regarding football. He didn't even grow up in the US and somehow, he's still a big american football fan. How? Why?
Luckily, the only other sport he really loves is cricket, but since it comes on at very odd times of the night, he only watches the biggest of the big matches (world cup, for instance).
