This probably sounds really lazy but I'm making homemade nacho cheese & last time it was a pain trying to grate the cheese by hand. I'm not sure if it would all just kind of clump up in the food processor though. Anyone know if it will work?

That's what I use that attachment most for! It's super easy and never clumps for me. I have an irrational fear of cheese graters.

Yes and it's awesome! Sometimes a little bit will get stuck but it's way faster than hand grating!

Yes! I sometimes freeze the cheese very slightly to helps keep the heat from the blade from warming (&clumping) the cheese up).
