If you work outside the house when do you go to the gym/fit in a work out? I'm going back when LO will be 15 weeks and I want to keep up with exercising. I'm thinking the early morning is best if I can go before she wakes up. But then I would have to come back home and nurse her before I go to work and hubs takes her to day care and that seems inefficient. But I hate to make her stay at day care later in the afternoon when I could be with her. And lunch time is not an option for me... I'm lucky if I can take a few bites of food while continuing to work right through.
