I've GOT to find time to exercise. I don't give two wild rats behinds about losing weight right now, but I want to be healthy and I enjoy working out for the stress relieving benefits.

But there's no time! Unless I want to get up at 4 AM, which I do not (I would have to pump first because working out with huge engorged boobs is not my idea of a good time). After LO goes to bed, I have to pump. So should I go workout at 9? That seems like a recipe for disaster.

Help me. It's 175 degrees out in Texas right now so taking walks as a family is out.
