When you went back to work PP did your schedule change at all?
I used to go in at 7 and leave at 4:30 or 5. I'm thinking about going in at 6 and leaving at 3:30 or maybe just coming and going depending on LOs morning wake up??

I changed from 8-5 to 7:30 - 4. Working earlier than that would have been hard b/c daycare doesn't open until 7.

I used to work 9-5. After I had LO I changed my hours to 8-4. I leave before she wakes up in the morning, but I get to spend a good amount of time with her in the afternoon/evening before she goes to bed!

I was 8-4:30, now I'm 7:30 to 4, but I technically can come and go as I please... those are just the hours I aim for.

I went back when DS was 7 weeks old and worked 7:30-1, which was a PERFECT schedule. After that it went back to the same 8-5:30.

Still work 6-3. I worked 3 days at home and 2 in the office after LO 1 and FT at home after LO 2.

Yep, I used to work 8:00 to 5:00. Now I work 7:30 to 4:30 in order to get to our daycare before it closes.

Nope. I'm working 9 am to 5 pm same as always.

I cut back my hours so I work 7a-7p one day and 7a- 3p the other day. I hated having 2 days where I didn't even get to see him awake!

I do 7-4. The hours work out better for me and I often take a half day on Friday.

The same as before 8-5, DH has a more flexible schedule and does pickup and dropoffs.

I used to work 8-5, but changed it to 7-4. I try to leave a bit before 4 to beat traffic. 10 minutes makes a world of a difference sometimes.

I'd love to go in early and leave early, but we share a car and DH is terrible in the mornings so I haven't actually changed anything. I could take the bus, but that would mean having DH do both drop-off and pick-up, and since he's such a mess in the mornings, I don't want to do that to him (case in point: he did drop-off alone yesterday and left LO's bottles on the counter at home, didn't realize it until he got to daycare, and had to go all the way home to get them. He also left her in her pajamas and just put another outfit over them...I'm still trying to figure that one out). Eventually, maybe we'll get onto a better schedule because I hate only having 45-60 minutes with DD in the evenings before she goes to bed.

I dropped my fridays and still haven't figured out how to work 7:30-5 like I'm supposed to, so it's normally 8/8:30-5

Used to be 830-5. Now it's more flexible and I wfh more too

I used to work 7-5 but now am working 8-3 and LOVE this schedule!

I used to work 630-3, but now I'm 730-4. E wakes up at 6, so 630 wouldn't be good for us

I used to work 9-6 now I work 7:30-4:30

I used to work 9-6, now it's more like 9-5 although I try to do a little from home after she goes to bed if I need to catch up.

I've had several different schedules. 8-5, 8-6:30 4 days a week and now 8-4:30 5 days a week. Getting home at 4:30 makes a huge difference.
One day I hope to be in a more flexible position.

Nope, still work 7:50-2:50...I love the hours but I can't determine them though - my school district does.

I'd love to change my hours and get home a little earlier, but my clinic is only open 8:30-4:30, so those hours are set in stone.

I need to find a job where I make the same money as I'm making now but only work from about 10-3. That would be nice. . . .

Mine increased!!! I hate it. It was an office policy change. Used to be 9 to 5. Now it is 8 to 5. 90 minute commute on either end. Torturous.

I used to work 5 days/week 8:30-5p. Now I work 7-5p two days/week.
