This list isn't totally accurate. My DH's company is on there and it states that they offer paid paternity leave and they totally don't. He's definitley high up enough to get this benefit if they were to offer it too. Also, I have previously worked for a couple of these companies and some of the perks and benefits they list are totally inaccurate or not available at all.

Sometimes the benefits are available only to certain subsidiaries of the company, as was the case with my employer (which isn't on the list this year).

@Mrsbells: No, they are certainly not accommodating to working mothers as this list makes it seems & for some reason, they keep making the list. Baffles me!

The company I worked for prior to becoming a SAHM makes this list every year, and I think it's silly (hence being a SAHM!). Nearly every female partner I knew from multiple offices and specialties across the firm didn't have kids or barely saw her kids. Our office had a beautiful room for lactating mothers, but the vast majority of the employees worked at their clients' locations and never used it. They offered alternative work arrangements, but from what I saw, opting for one made advancement difficult.
