How to fit it all in? I can't go before work or during the day because of the daycare schedule and the fact that I'm a teacher and don't have any significant breaks in my day. After work I have to pick up the boys right away because their day ends at 4:30 (I can't leave work until 3:45.) Once I get home, it's make dinner, eat, bath, bedtime at 8pm. Then clean up the kitchen/house and fall into bed. Sigh. I could probably find 1/2 hour after dinner, when DH gets home, or right after the kids go to bed to do a workout video or something. But I'm not sure where to start looking for one...
Any suggestions? How do you fit it in? Any good work out videos that you find really work?
