I don't know this girl, but we are in the same group on FB for photographer mamas. At first, I thought, "Whoa! Crazy lady!", but after reading into it, it sounds like she could use some kind words ... Sounds like she's really having a hard time.
Would you respond to this?

I don't think I would. She seems pretty aggressive, which I read to mean that she wants to wallow in her anger, versus receive sympathy or support. That's just my take on it though.

I'm not sure what I'd say...
FWIW, I don't think it's ever appropriate to use that language about your family on social media, or at all.

@sunshineandsushi: Agreed. I just felt compelled. Usually I would just delete that from my feed. Such negativity & hate for her family ... You're right though, it's not a "Please help me!" kind of post.

Hmm truthfully, I think I would ignore it. I wouldn't want to risk a confrontation. (even if it is only on social media) Maybe if you see other posts from her, where she might be reaching out for help, or if things seem to get worse, maybe consider it then? Hopefully she was just having a REALLY rough day today, I mean nothing would give her the right to say those things about her family....

@MrsBrewer: I think that's the consensus. No one else has responded either. I feel for her, but really, I feel for her poor family. I hope her husband isn't has been as he sounds. AND, her kids? How could you talk that way?!

I have a cousin who posts like this ALL THE TIME. It drives me crazy, but she's family? Then, like 30 minutes later she's going on and on about how amazing her boyfriend is and the kids are angels... I think some people just love the attention...

Sounds like she's venting. I don't think I'd want my family to ever see me speaking of them like that, hopefully she'll rethink it & delete soon.

If I saw a friend post that I would tell her I'm on my way over to give her a break. Since it's a random facebook person I would ignore it.
