This happens to us all the dang time, I just let it go even though it is irritating.

Next time it happens just stick out a sign that says "Lawn Parking: $20"

@T.H.O.U.: Guests are allowed to park in the street and in driveways. The street is wide enough to allow two cars to get by with one car parked on the street.

Doesn't seem like a big deal. That small bit of grass by the sidewalk really isn't a "lawn".
