Mine is definitely time management with my job and spending enough time with LO.
A few weeks ago...it was a bottle strike!
What is your biggest challenge at the moment?

I'm dealing with different things then most on here since my LO's are older.
My biggest challenge for my oldest (9) LO is the idea that she knows more than I do. The preteen attitude is slowly creeping in.
My biggest challenge with my youngest (5) LO is that she doesn't listen worth a crap most of the time lol.
Have to take it all in stride.

DS who just turned 3 has gotten super whiny lately. The other day I opened the fridge and poured myself a glass of milk. DS yelled "that's my milk!" and cried while I drank it. For the 10 minutes after that he whined about everything. Finally, I called a time-out...and while holding him to put him in his time-out chair, I got a HUGE slap to the face
Also, potty training at night. He's great during the day just not at night yet.
...I'm hoping some of this settles down before DD arrives next month!!

Life's pretty good with lo right now. That or I have so much going on elsewhere that I don't have time to think about it.
Trying to get rid of an ongoing diaper rash from teething. And she's loving exploring since she can move around now so keeping her out of trouble.

Sleep!!!! Sleep is the bane of my existence. For naps it takes 30 minutes of rocking for a 20 minute nap and then another 15 minutes for maybe another 20 minutes. Then at night he still nurses twice a night and has been waking at 6:00 am every morning. We want him to sleep until 7 am (he goes to bed at 8 pm). I hate sleep. We just tried putting his mattress on the floor in case that gave him some more freedom so he wouldn't wake in a death scream. But it didn't work he was still screaming.

We are STILL working on manners. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong (we just won't give her what she's asking for until she asks correctly) or if she's just not getting it but she NEVER says please!
Oh, and she turned 3 on 3/26 and has shown zero signs that she's ready for potty training. I'm not pushing it because LO will be born in the next 2 weeks (fingers crossed) so it would probably just be a waste.

I feel the same way as @brownie: I'm so sleep deprived because it takes so much work to put my baby to sleep. and then after all that work she will be up again in 1 hour unless I keep holding her in my arms

Getting my LO to eat more solids. She loves to nurse!

I have issues with getting my LO to do silly little things like changing her clothes or getting into her car seat. The sooner she can do everything herself the better really. She is just a little Miss Independent.

With DS (7 weeks) it's sleep. He's still only sleeping in 2-3 hour stretchs.
With DD (almost 2) it's defiance. Man she can be challenging these days!
