acne, any day of the week. I can function with acne, I can eat with acne. As long as I don't feel like sh*t, I can deal with vanity issues.

I chose nausea. As crazy as it sounds, I'm happy that even though I FEEL like crap, I look good. Acne always messes with my self-esteem. I'll take this pukey feeling over bad skin.

Seriously? Acne all the way! My nausea was debilitating.

I'll take the nausea. I've been prone to acne since high school, and the best part about my pregnancy/breastfeeding was that it balanced out my hormones and my skin was clear for a long time!

I've had both so far but I'll take the acne!

I would take acne. I still have breakouts but I agree with others about being able to function. I hate not feeling well all day long.

I had the worst skin of my life in pregnancy and after but I would still pick that.

I had horrific pregnancy acne to the point where I declined invitations to go out with friends because I felt so awful about myself. So I would choose nausea. Yeah I'd feel sick but personally that is better than feeling like the ugliest piece of trash ever. And there was no cream/serum/face wash that cleared up my pregnancy acne, it was pure hormonal cystic acne that scarred. And makeup made it look 100x worse!

I think the people that are choosing nausea over acne haven't experienced what all-day bad nausea is like… I'd take acne in a heartbeat over the crippling 4 months of nausea I had in the beginning!

Acne for sure. I had both with my first pregnancy! Lucky me!

@SerenaSF: Exactly what I was thinking. I couldn't crack an egg or even think about driving without feeling major pukes coming on.

I didn't have either but I'd far rather push my vanity to the side and take acne over feeling sick any day of the week!

Nausea.. I had moderate nausea with my 2nd pregnancy and it was manageable as long as I made sure to eat little meals throughout the day.

I hate acne and I find them pretty painful and annoying. My skin also takes longer to heal now than in my younger days!

I would much prefer acne. I currently have bad versions of both though

I'd pick acne. I remember feeling nauseous for most of the day and lying on the couch crying because I felt like I was never going to feel good again. I can't imagine acne being worse than that.

I feel like this isn't even a real question. So, acne. After going through HG twice, I'd choose anything over nausea.

@SerenaSF: yeah, there's no way anyone who'd felt like death for months in a row would choose nausea. To be fair though, I've never had really severe acne. It just seems like you could have acne and be way mor functional.
