There are 45 people at the company I work at and 42 of them are men! The guys are cool but sometimes I want more girls to talk to!
Are there lots of women where you work?

WOW! It was the opposite at my old job. Too many women, hormones and drama!

When I did work, it was all women. I loved it. Meetings would turn into gossip sessions and we had game nights regularly.

I work in an art museum so everyone is female or gay. And/or old.

I'm a preschool teacher, so they're ALL women. In the past 2 years, I've worked with ONE man.

I'm in accounting, and there is normally a good mix. I think there tends to be more women though

I work in the corporate office of a farm equipment manufacturer....its a whole lotta boys and me, but i dont mind it so much (poor guys were scared to death i was going to go into labor at work...i totally milked it!!)

I work at the corporate HQ for a Fortune500 company and our company in general has more females than males! On my immediate team we have six women and one man. Then our VP who is male.

I only work with one other person, a woman older than me. I actually work for her. She is teaching me the tricks of the trade and encouraging me to branch out on my own in a few months.

I am an NICU nurse, and where I work the nursing staff is all female. It is fine though, not too much drama and everyone gets basically gets along.

I work in finance so I usually work with men, which I prefer.

We have about 42 employees and 10 females including me. 3 of them being front office staff.
That's actually a lot of females in a office for my field (architecture)! -
We have three women at my work, the rest are men. I appreciate the lack of drama with men. I've never worked well with a big group of women, too much drama.

I've always been the only female or one of two females! Being a female IT person kind of does that to you, add that into IT consulting/auditing and there you have it! Ha!
My current team is 7 guys and me!
