@chopsuey: hehe, me too.
1 has always worked for me. I did it all month long and lost 15lbs. Honestly, I felt like it did the trick even when it became "easy". I will admit that when level 1 got easy, i'd follow my workout up with a 15 min jog though.
Everytime I've done 2 &3, i've felt like a totaly moron with no stamina hehe.
