Is Zika still a thing? I'm 13 weeks pregnant and I was bitten about 10 times on Saturday (in Oregon). Think there's any need to ask my doctor?

I think it's mostly only a concern further south and in low lying coastal areas.

Yeah it's still a thing, but in Oregon I wouldn't be worried at all.

Even when it was a concern and I live in the south, my OB said they wouldn't test me unless we had symptoms or the baby showed anything "off".
At your next appointment just ask about what your OB recommends you doing. Do you need to stay indoors, wear long sleeves, spray, or is the risk not really relevant any longer in your area.

There is no Zika in Oregon. Only places in US are Florida and Texas. The zika-carrying mosquitoes don't even exist in Oregon. You're good to go!
