My 9 month old has been in the <1 percentile for months now and we finally got referred to a GI specialist. She said 95% of these cases are from just needing more calories, and since he’s happy and meeting milestones we aren’t running any tests, but instead fortifying breastmilk with formula and we’ll see a nutritionist too. It’s hard keeping up with all the pumping since I have zero stash though!
