Yes, babies have growth spurt around 2-3 weeks, 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months. Or so I've heard. My DS is 7 weeks old and I've had a hard time detecting growth spurts so far, it seems like every day (and every feeding even!) is just a little bit different.

My LO went through so many growth spurts I've lost track!! LO would sleep more and eat more during hers.

They go through quite a few. Whenever our LO is a little fussy and/or sleeping/eating more/less we blame it on a growth spurt - who knows for sure though. Sometimes they just have "off" days too.
