I was trying to do crunches and placed my hand on my abdomen and realized I have abdominal separation or diastasis recti. I can fit 4 fingers (!!!) between my left and right ab muscles. I realized I can't do crunches anyway because it still kind of hurts my C-section incision area...but I'm trying to figure out what I can do and a lot of my go-to ab exercises are out because of the ab separation.

Did/does anyone else have this? If so, what exercises are you doing to help decrease the separation and get your abs back in shape?
