I planned on using a 40% coupon they always have online but it doesn't apply to books, so I got watercolor pencils for $7! I am excited to have something to do when I am bored/watching TV other than messing with my phone. Reminds me of how my Papa used to do crosswords and my mom embroidered with the tv on in the background. -

50 pack from crayola for pencil crayons & I just ordered staedler markers today.
Went & bought secret garden today since I had a 10$ off coupon from buying enchanted forest last week (which I did with a gift card, so boo yah). I've also strongly hinted that i should find the oceans one under the Christmas tree this year

@simplyfelicity: I got Raffine color pencils. They had really good reviews and I got 72 for $35. They are listed on amazon under Ohuhu i think.

@simplyfelicity: most of them are from Enchanted Forest by Johanna Basford. The hippo is from Animal Kingdom by Millie Marotta. I've been using crayola colored pencils.

@Peasinapod: I just bought the same book. I looked at the secret garden one but I liked that the mindful colouring book had so many repetitive patterns. When I doodle, I doodle in a similar style, so it spoke to me. Lol.

I'm spending every night winding down with one of these pages and it's been awesome! I'm loving seeing everyone's colouring pages!! Once I finish this book, in definitely going big and getting either Secret Garden or Enchanted Forest.

I love this thread so much! DH ended up getting me two books from the Creative Colouring for Grown Up series - Glorious Gardens, and Vintage Patterns. I love them both so much! I was going to get Staedtler markers and pencils, but then found some slightly cheaper ones that looked pretty good and I've been happy with them. I can't decide if I like markers or pencils better!
