@swedishfish: they are, aren't they?
I had an uktrasound today because of another bleeding episode. This story brought me some comfort:
The ultrasound tech said she has delivered absolutely devastating news to women who had no phsyical symptoms of there being a problem. And, about ten years ago she did a vaginally u/a on a woman who was bleeding so badly the blood was puddling on the floor during the u/s. She went on to have healthy triplet boys, who are now ten years old.
It's morbid but gave me a great reminder that in pregnancy, nothing is normal.

@Mrs. Jump Rope: @swedishfish: I agree. I've had two losses with no bleeding and now this one with tons of bleeding seems to be going ok.

@swedishfish: So glad you saw a heartbeat. I've had several friends who had bleeding throughout the first trimester and they have healthy babies. I, on the other hand, had absolutely no signs of a m/c, yet there was no heartbeat at my 9 week ultrasound. I know it's SO hard not to worry though.
Also, measuring behind is usually not a huge deal this early. I was a mess because of my previous m/c and at 6w 4d, he was measuring 6w 1d. By 8 weeks, he had caught up and was actually measuring ahead.
Hugs Hoping so hard for a sticky baby for you!
