I went and saw my family dr last night (for something random) and he went over my list of meds with me now that I got my BFP. I have HORRIBLE allergies and as of now I can not use any of my meds. I'm on nasal spray, eye drops, and two medications.

I think I can do without everything except the eye drops since I wear contacts. Any natural remedies you guys know of?
