I started doing Crossfit 3 years ago. I did it until my due date and started back up again 2 months post partum. I was in a 3x week routine until 5 months post partum. After being back at work a few weeks daycare colds set in, sleep regression hit, and then we started looking for a house and we just didn't have time to work out at all. Now I haven't been in for 3 months.
There are so many new moms that get there regularly and work their butt off. I'm embarrassed that I can't seem to get my -ish together to be there. I feel like such a loser. One of the ladies is pregnant with #4!
I have to quit my box anyway because we're moving at the end of the month. I scoped out a box near my office today. Part of me wants to give it a go but another part wonders where I will get the time and energy.
Has anyone else taken a break or stopped Crossfitting?
