Forbes recently put out a list of America's 20 Most Miserable Cities. The factors they examined included: violent crime, unemployment, foreclosures, taxes (income and property), home prices, commute times, and weather.

Is anyone surprised by any of the cities on the list? I was surprised to see New York & Chicago made the list!
