DH and I are gluten free, and I eat relatively few carbs throughout the day. The carbs I do eat are mainly from fruits and veggies, and I'm already concerned with what to do when morning sickness hits. I'm only 4-ish weeks along and I swear I've felt some little bouts of nausea already
I keep reading that crackers and dry bread really help, but that's not really an option for me unless I can find some GF ones (which I usually really dislike the taste of).
Any recommendations or GF crackers that don't taste like cardboard?!
