I'm so flipping proud of myself. Today, I picked E up from nursery. She moved up, this week, to the preschool room and is much more tired by the end of the day, plus she was up at 5am today (grr) so she was destroyed. She started crying before we even got to the car and cried the whole 45mins home. Once at home, she alternated crying with tantrumming, until I levered her, protesting, kicking, wailing into bed (straight to sleep!)

And....... I didn't lose my patience! I remained calm and loving throughout. DH came home and lost his cool after 15mins, so I actually sent him to lie down while I dealt with her.

I'm so proud. This is a big achievement for me. I find this situation really, really hard to handle normally.
