I'm just now starting to have a panic attack because of the words that came out of my ob's mouth today. They seemed normal until I turned to google (of course just before bed). We had our 20 week anatomy scan today, baby was stubborn and wouldn't turn so the tech spent about 20 minutes trying to get the right angle of her heart (dh ask if all was good/healthy she said yes). Then she said because of my first baby being delivered at 35 weeks they needed to a transvaginal u/s for cervix measurements. Ok....I don't remember doing that with my last pg (2nd).
We then see my regular ob and he said all was well but they were sending the u/s results to a periontologist for review. Review of gender AND the fact that the tech noted I was contracting regularly the whole time. I don't remember having anyone besides my ob reviewing any ultrasounds last time. Freaking out a little bit.
