My most comfortable sleep position is on my belly so I've still been sleeping on my belly. I need to shift a little bit off to one side now, though. I can't lay completely flat on my belly anymore.

I would, but its uncomfortable as the belly gets bigger, and I think I have some kind of reflux/indigestion/heartburn combo going on, so laying on my belly is horrible for that reason more than the baby being in the way.

I did for probably too long. No I prop my belly under a pillow to give me the same affect which works enough when I sleep on my left side. I miss my stomach sleeping though!

Not a belly sleeper, but I did get my first prenatal massage yesterday and wasn't uncomfortable on my stomach so I laid that way for the usual first half of my massage.

I was planning on it because I was always a belly sleeper pre-pregnancy but I always felt super nauseous before bed and didn’t want my stomach touching anything. By the time that let up my belly was starting to pop!

@Running Elley: Ditto, plus any pressure on the front of my neck made me sick. Ironically, I became a back sleeper, which I'd never really done before, almost as soon as I got my BFP. Now I'm not really comfortable in any position, ha.

I definitely did! I tried not to but I would always wake up on my belly. Oops!

I was on my belly as long as possible, I'm a total belly sleeper. I was so happy once she was out to get back on my tummy.

I love starting out on my belly but I always end up on my back. I slept on my belly until I was starting to show. And then I freaked out that I was squishing the baby so I started sleeping on my side starting at around 14 weeks I think?

I'm a back sleeper, so haven't done any belly sleeping!

I was a total belly sleeper, but I was pretty big at about 12 weeks and sleeping was miserable. Now, sleep is just pretty much impossible at 32 weeks, ha! The snoogle does seem to help though.

I did.... I made it to about 15 weeks or so before it started getting uncomfortable -- I got the snoogle, love it - sometimes my hips hurt from sleeping in my side but it's better if I shift! I'm only 25 weeks...
