My OB nurse said it's fine, but I'm still a little scared to. Do you drink it? How much? If I do, I plan on just one or two a week. I love lattes, so it would be my weekly treat. I'm 11 weeks.

I still have one in the morning at least. Sometimes if I'm just too tired I'll have a second one in the afternoon.

I make myself a cup every morning - sometimes I drink it all, sometimes I just take a few sips.
I'll have a chai latte every once in awhile too. I was told 200 mg of caffeine/day is fine.

It wasn't coffee, but I took Excedrin which had plenty of caffeine and OB was fine with it. LO is totally perfect. And adorable, might I add.

I drink soda when I feel like it but I don't drink coffee. If I want a frappuccino every once in a while I'll get it made decaf.

During my first trimester, I drank a small cup once to twice a week. Since my second trimester, I've been drinking one small cup every day.

I don't drink coffee during the first trimester, but after that (the most critical point of development) I let myself indulge now and again. Today I had a 12oz Mexican mocha. Delicious!

A cup a day like I did with my last pregnancy. It's within allowable limits and there are plenty of other things I'm not allowed.

I don't, it was just a personal choice, I have had a few decafes herr and there, but I'm trying to not do that either.....I know it's completley fine

I'm back to drinking it after having a total aversion during first tri (same as my first pregnancy). Caffeine is also the only thing to try for my migraine because my migraine meds are not pregnancy safe.

Oh gawd yes, one or two cups a day. Honestly for everything else I gave up in pregnancy there was no way I was giving up a morning coffee! I don't think you need to be that strict to cut it completely.

I have a cup of decaf and one of half-caf. I love the taste of coffee.

I have a cup of coffee every morning! I used to have around 2 and some in the afternoon, so this is definitely scaled down for me. I love coffee so much.

I kept it to about 200mg a day. But I lost my taste for coffee and switched to coke and tea when I needed something

I never did with my first. But with my second I've been having a cup of decaf a day.

I switched to decaf, so now I have 1 cup of decaf per day. It was an easy transition for me, but if it had given me migraines or something, then I'd probably still be having my 1 cup of regular coffee each day.

I couldn't stomach it for awhile but would have a soda or black tea a couple times a week. Now I will have an iced latte from time to time. The good news is I am no longer dependent of caffeine so decaf is fine now. I probably drink less than 300 mg of caffeine a week.

I haven't had any which is ridiculously hard because I work overnights

I cut back during first trimester but then into second I drank 1/2 cup a day so way under the 200mg caffeine rec. In my third I started losing the taste for it but occasionally still have a 1/2 cup!

Didn't know which answer to choose as I drink decaf iced vanilla lattes about 2-3 times a week!

Not coffee, but I have caffeine almost daily - generally 50 - 100mg, never more than that.
