He said 25%… I actually think he does a lot more than that! Maybe 40%?

He said 50%, but the problem is we have different ideas of what "clean" means.

He once said he cleaned the shower, but I thought we were out of cleaner, so I asked him what he used. He said he used his hand and the hot water while he was showering... umm that is not cleaning the shower.

He will "clean" without complaint when I ask him, but never initiates on his own. I'd say he does about 25%.

He probably does 70% of the work around the house. Edit: I haven't asked him, that's my guess. I'll ask tonight.

I finally got the nerve to ask him....

he said 50%! Grr. He works full time and I work three days a week. I would say he does closer to 40%. He does most of the laundry and cleans the kitchen every night.

I do all the other cleaning, straightening, bathrooms, most of the grocery shopping, virtually all of the cooking (if he cooks its usually pretty simple stuff, not that I don't appreciate it!), make the baby food, schedule appointments, pay bills, etc.

To be fair, he did say I do "most of the childcare" and that total our workloads are about even. But I don't know if he notices how much stuff I get done on my days at home! Maybe I should start coming home and asking him what's for dinner, haha.

I missed this the first time around, I asked him and he said 50%...I would say 40%. We split child care 50/50, but I do all the cooking and the majority of the cleaning. He will help if I ask but he never initiates it on his own, or utnil I say "go clean the bathroom already." haha I do appreciate how much he helps with LO, we literally do every other time besides feeding. The man can't cook to save his life
