We've narrowed down our list now that we know baby is a girl! The middle name is going to be Lindsey in honor of a childhood friend who passed away. DH likes classic names, nothing trendy...but I'm kind of falling in love with them, too. 
We're at a toss up between Anne/Anna, Claire, or Lillian (call her Lilly). What do you think? I do have a first cousin named Anna...but I don't think that really matters...

I like Lillian, but it seems like it's getting pretty common. I know at least 3 Lillians just in my son's Gymboree class. For that reason, I would choose Claire. It's a very pretty name!

@aprild: It definitely is getting pretty common...it just happens to be a name that I've loved forever. Lillies are also my favorite flower and were my flowers in our wedding. But yeah, I've been trying to avoid over-popular names, hence the other options.

I like Claire best, but like Lillian too. Even though it's getting a little more popular, I don't think it's going to be super duper popular any time soon. The thing that would make me hesitate is the spelling of the nickname- lilly, Lily, lilli... I get annoyed having my common name misspelled so it's my own pet peeve.
Love Anna but I'm afraid it's to popular with Frozen right now?
Eta: I also like Clara Lindsey, if you are looking for something similar.

@Foodnerd81: Agreed about the Frozen thing...one reason I prefer Anne a little more than Anna. Anna just flows better with Lindsey, but really, you hardly use a middle name...so that doesn't really matter.
Also, Clara IS a family name, but I had a weird moment with my sister over that name. It was on her list, and even though she said we could use Claire, she was weird when I brought up using Clara. Bogus, right? But I'd call her Claire regardless, so I don't really mind.

So hard for me to choose either Claire or Anna since Claire is my DD1 and in a few days, Anna will be DD2 (if it's a girl)!
ETA - I prefer Anne over Anna (especially in light of Frozen) but DH doesn't so we're going with Anna. I think Anne Lindsey goes well...and you're right -- how often do you reeeally use the middle name? I think when it honors someone, just having it is more important than sounding perfect. -
I love Claire! If you like Clara but can't use it what about Cora?

@Miss Sarah: Anna and Clara are on our short list so this was a hard poll! I picked Anna, it's sooo classic and beautiful! Claire was a close second, I also think it's beautiful.
Lillian is a nice name, but it's really popular right now. -
I vote Claire as Lillian Lindsay is too much alliteration.
