I am almost 31 weeks but for the last couple weeks my back pains have gotten a lot worse. I have been using support while sitting at my desk at work, and that is helping. Even sitting on the couch hurts, but I finally figured out how to adjust the pillow so it doesn't both me that much now.
The biggest issue is I will feel fine then I lay down in bed. Then every time I turn over on the other side or get up to use the bathroom (which both are multiple times a night), it really hurts. I feel like an old lady every time I have to get out of bed. Sometimes I try and just roll myself cause sitting up makes me wince in pain. I sleep with a pillow between my legs and underneath the belly. I am not sure what else I can do to support my back.
Is there anything else that I can do to give the back support? Or another sleeping position to try?
I am scared how bad it is going to get as I get even bigger in the next 9 weeks.
